hw er zi just complained to me that someone sent her a file named PHOTO ALBUM thru msn, which turns out to be a virus. but she got error when trying to [unaware] open it, so most probably no harm done.
i got a hunch its probably a joke/prank/hoax whatever you call it. cos according to er zi, the ppl who send her these signed off quickly after that.
just a minute: how to send a file when the sender is offline???

so well. today, as usual, went to popo's house for lunch. also brought my laptop for uncle C to check some things out cos i suspect they [seller] eat away 20GB of my storage [the 2 drives only add up to abt 100GB]. he's enthu and too glad to help me.
as it turns out, they did not cheat me of my 20GB lah, the rest is hidden and used by the system. but all add up to abt 111GB only. =\ u shouldnt be too trustful about IT figures man. meaning to say, when a CD-R says it can contain 700MB of stuffs, actually can store around 670 or 680MB of things only. and when a thumb drive says 1GB storage, its actually 0.98GB of storage.
